hello everybody, my post grad work permit expires in end of December and I haven’t even got an ita yet, can I apply to Canadian experience class after my visa valid Canadian expires from back home considering I have enough points ?

Yes - the fact your PGWP is no longer valid doesn't matter. You can certainly apply after you retur to your home country.

Please note also that Canadian work experience requirement must be in the last 3 years before you apply. For example, if you apply 2020, Canadian work experience that will be counted is from 2017-2019

You can submit your express entry profile online but you cannot apply PR under CEC until you receive an invitation to apply
