Applied Under SINP Nominee Programe Passport Expires in Sep-2011

Hi all,

my file is transfered to CHC London in June-2010, no any response yet, i don't know when they will contact me, but my pasport will expire in sep-2011, wether I have to get it updated or wait for their response.?
Or may I get Over seas card from NADRA Pakistan.
