applied TRV online in Canada... it takes too long!!!

Anyone applied online around Jan 12th and had been approved?? Any message???
I had to go abroad Feb 13th, and I'm so worried that I can't get my Visa done before that!!!
Any recommendation?? What should I do!!

The only thing you can do at this moment is wait.

Usually TRVs take around 4-5 weeks to clear (mailing time included).

I would recommend that you could think of any other ways of getting the TRV abroad or other options. Although you still have two weeks, it won't hurt to be prepared for the worst case scenario.

We applied on December 15th 2014 and there are no updates till now and our travel dAte is on feb16th 2015.
We have put the application for withdrawal and planning to apply in the home country.

Applied Dec 16, I've got about 3 update emails but no change in my status.
Still waiting!

I believe it is safe for you to either withdraw your application or change your travel date. From what I know it is impossible to get your passport back with VISA in three weeks...

Mine took 5 days back and forth (weekend included).

Expected. It usually takes at least 3 weeks.
