this is wp processed inside canada thru agency...

how does an agency deal the approved work permit if granted? do they get hold of the wp since they are the agency and they represent you by your consent and approval?

all the processing is done by the agency and the prospective employer as normal paid for the fees of wp.

will the prospective employer will ever get hold of his work permit? the subject work permit is needed for applying u.s visitor visa.

knowledgeable peeps and seniors, kindly shed matters please....so much appreciated for any taker!

Is it the employer who paid for the WP? Has the WP been approved? The prospective employee should receive the WP at his or her mailing address unless the representative put his address as the mailing address then the agency will receive the WP but it should be given to the employee. The WP will be sent to employee's address. Did they tell the employer that the WP has already been approved? Has the employee started working with the employer?

Who sent the application package? Did the employee sign it? When was it sent, would you know? Did the agency tell the employee that the WP has arrived?

Who sent the application package?

The agency sent the application package thru paper.

Did the employee sign it?

Yes. All the necessary signing from job contract, then application form to representation of agency was signed by the prospective applicant/employee then mail all the hardcopy documents to the agency.

When was it sent, would you know?

Accordingly last week of july 2012 but it was recalled for a revision since the passport validity of the applicant is one year so it needs to be consistent that an applied two year contract was change to one year contract . from there, there was a resent on second week of august.

Did the agency tell the employee that the WP has arrived?

No news yet.

Thanks again for this super accommodation...

This did not have to be done because the application process got set back . A note would appear on the WP that the WP was issued to passport validity. Processing time is 75 days according to CIC website. For now it's a wait and see. The agency should give the employee the WP once it arrives unless there's an outstanding fee the employee has to settle with the agency then that's another story :(

super thanks job_seeker and truly you're the one! one of the most sought after guiding light here in all segment of canadian immigration forum...you're everywhere! this is no nonsense flattery!

about your last comment; i don't have any oustanding balance on fees. when i sent them my application package everything was complete including proof of payment of restoration and wp fees.

twice i made myself my own processing as tfw. initial wp issued in p.i then inside canada as renewal of same employer. my work was sales associate 2 yrs. finished contract this june 2012 in bc.

now, first time i undergo thru agency applied inside canada as food attendant. not in bc but other province and of course new work permit for a new employer. like any other applicants here, i am still not confident, anxious and nervous of hurdling this work permit i am waiting for.

do you have any idea of denied wp applied inside canada under agency?...dear readers, please share too! than you for any reply...
