Applied SDS on 16 December 2019, received GCMS a week ago

Applied SDS on 16 December 2019 for January 2020 intake from Pakistan.
Appeared for interview on 10 Feb 2020, after that no update in portal.
Ordered GCMS on 26 June 2020 and received yesterday in which last update is on 08 April 2020 stating that decision is delayed due to covid.
Rest all the things are passed in GCMS, which includes medical, biometric, GIC, LOA, Additional documents etc.

Want suggestion from this forum that what should I do now, I have updated my FALL 2020 LOA through webform on 15 August.
 
That's quite a long time and pretty unfortunate. I am sorry you had to go through it. I'd say reach out to them via web form explaining how it is impacting your life decisions because of all the delays and you understand the current scenario and would appreciate it if you could get a decision now so you can streamline your life and decisions pertaining to your study.

I have done that but they are sending same old reply that due to covid all timelines are disturbed.

I thought they promise to process SDS within 20 days? COVID lockdown happened after March 18. why Delay of 3 months in the first place?

Does it mean if anyone who is applying right now for a student visa is not getting it? if Yes, why they keep saying that they are accepting applications for student visas.

I'm sorry you're going through this. Their response doesn't make sense according to GCMS notes. They already have a decisionڈ, why not send it. Anyhow, I hope you get a response soon.

How about under your ASSESSMENT what does it say?

Hi Swaff,

I have a timeline that resembles yours but I wasn't called for interview like you. What was the interview like and what is your current application status? I hope you get an approval soon.
