I have applied for PR Visa through express entry on December 23, 2017. But as of now there is no change of status. Even the reviewing your application part is same. Please guide

It takes 2-3 weeks for a status change to occur. Watch for the UCI number to be generated closely followed by a pass in the medicals. Following this, the background status changes over time.

Do you have any idea how long does it take to the medical results get uploaded.
And do they do background checks only after passing the medical or it is a simultaneous process. The reason for asking this is I wish to change my present job, but unable to do so as my application is pending.
And my UCI number is not yet generated.

You need to check with your hospital/clinic whether the medicals have been uploaded. Background checks are done only later in the process.

The only process that happens concurrently with medicals pass is R.10, also called as the Completeness check.
