HI I HAVE APPLIED FOR NOC 1122 BUT I DISPATCH DD ONLY FOR APPLICANT PRINCIPALE I HAVE MENTIONED THAT MY FAMILY WILL TRAVEL WITH ME,but i did not mentioned their passport details because ithey have no passport

I'm sorry but they are going to send you back your application as incomplete.
First of all you need to pay the fees for all the family members who accompany you and it's clearly stated on the fees form that you sent them. Secondly, there is no such thing as "they don't have passports". You are applying to go to another country, this can't happen with no passports.
Now you have to wait for them to send you back your application. Hope you will receive it soon, so you can re-apply before the cap is reached. Until then, get passports for all your family members and prepare all the forms correctly and the right amount on the DD. When you receive your package back, put the right forms inside and send it again asap.
