Applied online on 9th June (India) ... Still waiting !!!. Anybody else ??

Hi All,

I had applied online for study permit (India )on 9th June. On 11th Medical was passed and i was asked to upload the degree certificate. Since then no updates.
All my friends have got visa. Those who applied after me also got their visa's in max 2 weeks.
Anybody else with this long wait ?? :-[

I am not sure that in which category online applications are considered. But i am going into a university.

i have applied for university foundation program at university of Winnipeg for this September intake in july 9 at high commission New Delhi from Nepal but haven't got any decision till date.
How long does it take more???does any one know
