Applied on February 19th - No response

Hello,

I applied for a tourist visa on February 19th. Then on February 25th I received an email from the embassy telling me that my application had been updated, however when I entered into MyCIC there no updates at that time. Still there is no update, although it has been already passed more days than the normal processing times. I have been calling to the NY embassy, I have been calling to Miami embassy, I have been sent emails to NY embassy, I made the enquiry on the Canadian embassy website, and nothing, no news, anything...

Can somebody guide on how should I proceed? Has this happened to anybody ????

"Processing times" are an estimate in which 80% of applications got processed. This means that 1 out of 5 will take longer.

Seems you are one of those five.

40 days wait ..do not send emails

I recommend you to wait for their reply, do not send emails, over and over, it will create mess for them.Thanks
