I just got my rejection letter and it says

Grounds for refusal:



· Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualifications, previous studies, missing marksheets, academic record, level of establishment, language abilities, or your future prospects and plans.

It was my first time .Should i apply again?

i applied on 27october nd still my file is in under process...plzz anyone tell me when i got my visa my classes will be on 28january and today is 19th still is in processing
