Applied on 31st July Still waiting

Hello guys!
I've applied on 31st july. VFS ahmedabad. The status is still the same. is being processed.
I've email CHC delhi regarding my college scheduled start date that is 2nd sept. I don't know why it's taking this much time.
My friends who has applied with me on the same date has got his visa approved on 9th while the other one got her visa denied on 18th. I don't know why my file is still under processing.

Applied on 11th aug, vfs ahemdabad, pp dispatchd yesterday.

My application has been received by Delhi High Commission on 17th july, I have sent an application from Canada as I am here.
No response yet and I am still waiting. 2nd sept intake and its very very frustrating. Worst I cant even track my application.
