I am a Yemeni students who just applied for the study permit on October 18th October, 2015. my intake will start on 18th of January.

Here are the documents I submitted with my ONLINE Application.

1- Form IMM1294E - Application for Study Permit Made Outside of Canada
2- Form IMM5645E - Family Information.
3- Form IMM5257B - Schedule I - Application for a Temporary Resident Visa Made Outside of Canada.
4- Photo.
5- Letter of Acceptance.(MAS in Human Resource Management, I received after I fulfilled all he conditions in September 2015)
Financial Support
6- Sponsorship letter from my father.
7- My father’s Bank statements.
8- My father's annual salary increase.( dated on 2013)
9- My father’s saving plan.
My Family Ties to my home country
10- My fathers Contract of employment.
11- My father’s lands deed of sale and purchase.
My Ties to my home country
12- Employment offer from a potential company. ( petroleum service company manager wants me to work with him after I finish my master studies in Canada).
13- our business plan ( me and two of my friends are planning to establish a new business in my home country).
Travel History
14- Copies of the whole pages of my passport.
Educational and Experience background
15- Bachelor degree graduation certificate.(GPA 3.76 out of 4) Human resource management.
16- Bachelor degree transcript.
17- Two years petroleum management transcript.
18- 12th grade transcript.
19- Recommendation from my lecturer.
20- Recommendation from OMV* petroleum Yemen.*(An International petroleum organization with good reputation where I did my Internship).
21- IELTS certificate.
Police certificate
22- Letter of good conduct. (from Ministry of foreign affairs in Malaysia) where I studied my bachelor.
amount paid for the university
23- Projected Statement of Fees. (showing that I paid 2500$ as a deposit for the university)
Medical
24- upfront medical examination letter.

26- Birth certificate.
27- My family members front passport pages.
28- My father's visas to Canada. (He visited 4 times).
29- Birth certificate.
30- conditional letter of offer.( from the university, received in April 2015)

I applied from Malaysia. Got refused 2 weeks after.
Now its my 3rd attempt withe a consultant their in Canada.

Well at least CIC responded. I applied on 9th Oct and no progress until now. My class already begun on 4th January 2016.

1. You actually wasted your time and will waste CHC time by submitting the following docs; 8, 9, 10, 11, 12, 13., 19, 20, 22 (unless required), 25, 26, 27, 28, 29 & 30. You will only confuse VO.
