Applied in June, BIL not received

I applied for a Canadian study visa on 19 August 2022 and I did not get a biometric appointment letter. After two days of my application submission, I logged in GC key account to check my biometrics appointment status but I saw biometrics were already updated. The date of biometrics was November 2019. I have never applied for any kind of visa for any country before in my entire life. And now I have submitted 3 times web form but I have not got any reply from IRCC. It's been more than 1 month.

Same issue happened with me. I filed my study permit on 20th July 2022 and never received BIL. When checked in Portal, some biometrics were already updated which obviously were not mine as I never applied for Canadian Visa earlier. Eventually my visa was refused in October, but no solid revert from IRCC on the BIL.

I have reapplied for Visa this month, paid my fee biometrics fee again, but same biometrics are showing up in the portal. Still no update on BIL.

I have reapplied for Visa this month, paid my fee biometrics fee again, but same biometrics are showing up in the portal. Still no update on BIL.

Raise the web form after every week till the time you do not get a revert from IRCC.
