Applied in Feb,AOR on March now DM on eCas what it means ?

Hi all,

i am PR, and i applied for family sponsorship sponsor for my wife and 3 kids on February 6,2019.

my wife and son had a PR ,but we agreed to revoke it since they didnt meet the RO in 2018, i applied again and in the application, i made explanation letter requesting the application to be processed on urgent process,since prove of marriage is already taken place since me and my wife came as PR in 2013, and i want my kids to join school starting from next fall term instead of middle of the year.

today i got email, attaching a pdf file stating that I qualify as sponsor for my wife and dependents.

i check IRC online status, and found under family sponsorsorship status " DECISION MADE" tried to click on it but there is no update since the AOR was sent on march 18,2019..!

but there is another colomn for Permanent Residence Application Status which still shows " In PROGRESS"
and when i click on it, it only shows 1 line that they recieved the application on february 6,2019.

what does this mean? does it mean they are processing the application on urgent basis or it is an easy application?

what is coming up next?shall i expect the medical request exam soon?

is there what is the chances of completing the whole process in early summer?

The decision made on Ecas means you are eligible to sponsor your wife and 3kids. Then the in progress on the PR side means that your wife and kids application for PR has been received. You will get a second line stating that they have started processing the application for PR and a 3rd line either asking for additional documents, or that your application has been transferred to your wife's country of residence for further processing or a medical request. As for wether it will be processed before fall, that I can't say because I have seen cases that are very urgent taking 12months to be processed.
