A website can be designed for a few hundred dollars these days, complete with nice stock artwork, fake testimonials, and so forth.

Immigration Consultants have been a constant source of problems - to such an extent that there is a regulatory body (http://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/home.cfm) and you are strongly recommended to only work with someone who is accredited by ICCRC. While that doesn't mean you might not run into a crook, it does mean that there is at least some accountability.

You might wish to find out if your consultant is a member - I'd guess not. Sadly, I'm afraid you may have become a victim of a scam.

I think the consultants you have hired to file your application are a bunch of monkeys. I went through their site and could only see tall claims but no information provided on any country and its immigration rules.

As mandiebraxton advised, sorry to say but your application will be returned as they have not sent the IELTS result alongwith it. Next, they haven't provided you the right information on the FSW rules. I would ask you to go through the below link and understand the process first, it will help you to argue and prove them a point.

PM me or other seniors and they can help you on the doubts you have. I feel really bad that they con innocent people, but somewhere its also your fault that you don't surf for facts and become easy targets for such consultants

I doubt if they have even sent the application, how can they sign on a clients behalf, if they have done so than you can file an FIR against them under Indian Law also, You should also report to the CIC as well as Australian (MARA) I think.
