My concern was just that if by all these duties i am done, why should i put more.

Though, i have 2-3 more things to add in but i was planning to put them in Experience letter on later stage as i have asked for it already. Here for assessment i might should just fill boxes just don't want to put any extra sheet

How do you know if this is enough?

OK. i am sure you have a good reason for not wanting to put an extra sheet so won't question that.
