You will likely see others posting their timeline and learn when you should expect to receive the request to apply for the CSQ.
In our case, it was about 10 months after the application date. For sure, it will be much less for you as IRCC process the applications much faster.
Oh, ok, I misunderstood. For outland, you will also get a request to apply for the undertaking engagement and your spouse for the CSQ, but only after you get the sponsor approval. There are different outland threads, maybe there is one related to the visa office of your spouse. That would be the best for you to find the normal timeline.
