1. Has your employer applied and posted the job in Canada to prove no Canadian or PR could be hired. Can take 6 or more months. Sometimes a year.

Again depends on your stream (GSS, high). There are many threads on this forum of people waiting for LMIAS for months. Search the forum. Also depending where you live, work permit processing can be a year.
