Applied for Visitor Visa in August 2021 from Bangladesh, no updates as of now.

Hello everyone,

We have applied for my parents' visitor visa in August 2021 and it has been over a year that there is no update in GCkey. We have requested an update 2-3 times via the IRCC web portal but they just keep mentioning it is under process.

If anyone faced this type of situation or has any suggestions that might give a result, please feel free to offer your advice. Is there any way to appoint an agent to get information about the visa and where this is at to have this process going?

Note: My parents visited Canada before in 2016 too. That's why, I do not understand the reason behind why it is taking so long.

I am planning to apply visitor visa for
My parents. Do they need to submit the application through online or submit the application through vfs Dhaka?
