if your visa is refused you can apply n number of times, but reaaply karne se phele reason aache se study karna...

Minimum time (as recorded on this forum) - 6 days (CHC Delhi)

Maximum time - 139 days (CHC Chandigarh) - and it was me who got visa after a record 139 days.

enfield case was little bit different from others, but SPP two weeks and general 3 weeks, rest it all depends on VO...

I am sorry. I forget to add "Average time" in between Minimum and Maximum time.

Average time is around 25 working days, excluding Saturday and Sunday (only for CHC Chandigarh). Atleast this what I have noticed!

Yes, thanks. I got my visa after a record 139 days.


timeline:

1. Application: 20th May 2011 at CHC Chandigarh (With Pre Medicals).

2. Category : General / Course : MBA

3. Asked for Letter of Deferral : On 2nd September, got telephonic call from CHC Chandigarh to submit letter of deferral.

4. Got Letter of deferral from school : On 30th September.

5. Put off the same by way of FAX to the CHC Chandigarh : On 30th September (Friday).

6. Visa Issued : On 3rd October (Monday).


* Since it was just a 'telephonic call' and at that time I was in the bus towards my house in Shimla, so I thought (infact I was sure!) that it's a prank so I checked that landline number on CHC Chandigarh website and found it to be genuine. I did it on 4th September (Sunday), that's why I believe my visa was issued on 4th September (Sunday) NOT on 3rd October
