Applied for visa online in Ukraine. Can I get it in the USA?

I applied online for Canadian visitor visa from Ukraine. Now I want to go to the USA with passport I point in my Canadian visa application. Can I send my passport to visa application center in New York from the USA? Or I can do so just in the country I applied from?

Yes you can, if you get the passport request, you have to email your home VO to request to have your visa stamped in the US.
