Applied for TRV @ NewYork as Walkin 23Aug 2012 - Return Passport by UPS Express

Did anyone who applied for TRV in New York on 23rd August as walkin got their passports back? I did gave them a UPS 2 day shipping express and was told it will be shipped on 27 August. The UPS tracking number doesnt show anything yet. Did any one else who went for walk in received it? I was told to collect it in person on Monday and since I am from chicago, gave them UPS express prepaid mail to ship it back to me. Any one else who attended on that day with return express mail got their passports back?

Finally I can see the tracking information being updated in the UPS site. Hope to get the passport by Saturday 1st Sep

Could you please update how much time it took during the Walkin? I am asking a friend in NY to do this for me(since I am TX). Need to explain what he could expect. Could you please update your experience here..
