Applied for super visa but granted 6 months visitor visa

Good Afternoon,Looking for some expert advice.I had applied for suoervisa for my mother but she was issued a 6 months visitor visa!!!!Is there any advice for me please?
Would appreciate any suggestions.

It's up to IRCC whether the approve a super visa or a regular visitor visa. If only a regular TRV was approved, that usually indicates that IRCC felt your mother's ties to her home country were weak. You can certainly reapply for a super visa. I would recommend you order GCMS notes first to see the details behind the decision and to understand what you may have to do to strengthen the application the next time you apply.

Thanks for the reply. One quick question-Does she needs to go through medical again if we re-apply for supervisa? She's done her medical just back in November 2022.

I don't think she should need to do the medical again. I think she should be able to reuse the medical.

I suggest u use this one time TRV and when she returns back to her home country then u file for super visa
it should improve her chances of getting super visa next time
