Applied for student visa 4 months ago but no response yet

some reasons for delay are ( for pakistan).
1: discrimination, college students are getting late replies normally from 4 to 7 months.
2:extensive security checks.
3:normally many people provide fake experience documents to cover there gaps,So after a long verification they send refusal letter stating that
you have not satisfied me that u will leave canada for one or more reason level of establishment,employment bla bla

I disagree with 3rd point. they dont and even in some cases they cant verify experience documents.
