Filled all Columns As per ITA sent by CIC

Done with My Medical as well..

because whilefilling up the online Form Column asked for Medical certificate.


Now waiting for Changes online.

File submitted in March 12, 2017

No changes yet...


If any one help me in this or any thing regarding to this.......let me Know.....
