Applied for PR and want to get married

Hi,
I came as a student and applied for PR in 2006 but it was rejected as I didnt have 1 year experience in a professional field. I completed my studies and have applied for PR in Oct 2010 on basis of arranged employment. I have received file number from CIO in Feb 2011.I want to get married to a guy from India.
1) Can anyone tell me if it will be a good decision to get married to him and add hime in my file ??Will it delay the process ??
2) Can I get married but not add hime in my file as I have heard that I will be definitely called for an interview to US and even my husband will have to reach US.Even if I manage to get US visa ,it will be very difficult and next to impossible for him to get US visa.If we cant make it for the interview my file will be rejected.

Your help will be greatly appreciated.

1) whether it is good to marry that guy is really hard to say , but usually marriage slows down the process, because of security/background check of that extra person.
2) no, you cannot do that, because it be will misrepresentation.

2) Can I get married but not add hime in my file as I have heard that I will be definitely called for an interview to US and even my husband will have to reach US.Even if I manage to get US visa ,it will be very difficult and next to impossible for him to get US visa.If we cant make it for the interview my file will be rejected. - I am not sure what makes u believe you would get an interview for sure, interview are done only in some cases where VO needs additional clarification from applicant. Also adding your spouse at this time will create another variable where you need to prove ur marraige is not for Visa facilitation. But if you marry you need to add your spouse to your application, whether he accompanies u or not

I called VO and yes they told me the same thing that I have to add my husband in my file after marraige and also very important thing ,I was told it would not delay the processing time as he is a dependent.Also I would be called for an interview only if they need any clarification.
