Hi all,
I have a problem and need a solution. I got my PNP certificate from 2 weeks. I applied this month for immigration. I need to return to China for 2 month as my mother is dieing and no body besides her. My employer refused to give me a leave for 2 month and told me that I will be fired if I moved. I am afraid that if I left, he may withdraw my pnp certificate.

Any suggestions?
In this situation, it is you choice to make, Emigrate or be with your mother. I know the choice I would make, but it is a decision only you can make.

Sure, I will choose my mother.
I have still an option. If the employer did not withdraw my certificate, Can I still get my immigration?

Re: Applied for immigration and may leave my employer

Your situation is not very clear. You will need to answer some question before one can give an advice

1. Are you on bond with the company?
2. Is the company holding your PNP certificate???
3. Are you already working in Canada???

Pls note that PNP certificate is not enough to migrate to Canada, you still have to process your immigrant Visa through the Canadian Embasy in charge of your country.
If you provide answers to the above then we will be able to give our comments.
Looking forward to hearing from you soon

Cheers
