bt my ielts bands are 6 overall(L6.S6, R5.5, W5.5)

Depends on your NOC. If it is NOC-B, its fine. If it is 0 or A then you need to have at least 6 in each module.

So your NOC falls under B category and you are applying under CEC class. So minimum CLB needed is 5. The score you have in IELTS is good enough. That is the reason you are eligible as well as issued ITA.
