Is it okay to say in my letter that I applied for the wrong visa? I applied for CUAET as I was not sure I could prove I would come back to Ukraine after visiting relatives in Canada. My application is in the final stages of being looked at and there is one additional thing I am being questioned on - my mandatory army service more than 40 years ago. Ive been to Canada a few times before on a travel visa and this is the first time they dived into military thing even though my applications always mentioned it.
