Based on your previous posts, it is almost certain that you need to reapply from the beginning. Your previous citizenship application is dead by now.

Yes. I am reading for options but it appears im going to have to start again from zero.

You will need to qualify for citizenship again by meeting the citizenship residency requirement and then submit a new application.

The resuming citizenship rules do not apply to you since you never became a citizen to start with.
