I lost my study permit after coming back from a trip to the states, so I went ahead and applied for a new one. I mailed the application via registered mail in June 5th and, according to the Canada post tracking service, it was received in June 11th. Now today when I called to check if it had been received, I get told that there is no record my of application in their computer system. Is this normal?
