My dates are:

*Study permit application on-line : 24/06/2014
*Biometrics (Colombian requirement): 26/06/2014
*Medical Exam Request: 27/06/2014
*Medical Exam done : 04/07/2014

And no more...

Anyone knows what next ?, CIC informs about the reception of the medicals???
How long I'll have to wait to get the final response?

Hey All,

I'm an applicant from India.

Category: University, McMaster University - Partial funding - covering tuition and 50% of living expenses

I have applied for Study Permit and a Temporary Resident Visa for my spouse in my application.
Submitted it online on July 8. I was asked to upload my past educational degrees and certificates on July 9. Did it.

Medical tests - Done on 04 July 2014
Medical tests sent to CIC - I checked with the clinic and they confirmed that reports have been sent on 07 July 2014

But when I login into CIC, it still says "Review of Medical Results: We need your medical information".

@Canela28, I'm having the same problem as you!

I dropped an email to CIC yesterday telling them that my medical is done and gave them my passport number/medical receipt number so that they could update the status. No reply from them.

If this status keeps showing, does that mean visa processing will not start?

Please share your views on this, guys.

I didn't understand something.

Did you apply on July 8 but your exams were taken on July 4. It is possible?

I was reading some forums and some people received an email stating that the medicals were received or passed, but in other cases the status only changes at the same time with the passport request letter.

Please, if CIC answers something or if, your status change. keep me updated.

It is possible to do that. Check the below lines out from the CIC page.

"You can avoid delays by getting your medical examination done quickly and submitting it with your application. It is not mandatory to complete a medical examination when you submit your application. However, doing so will result in faster processing."

I'd taken a copy of my offer letter and got the medical done a few days before applying. I uploaded a scanned copy of the receipt for the medical record page when I submitted the online application.

Can you share the url of forums where you read about the status?

I'll surely update you if I hear from them. You also please update me if something changes with your application.

Review of medical results: Passed

Anyone what does it means?

I'm happy, the decision is coming (I hope)
