Applications that had been charged

Hello Everybody,
My application had been arrive to CIC on the 29th of November ( my second time due to missing docs )
I would like to know,when did the applications that beeing charge about those days had been arrivie to CIC ?
( My NOC is 2121 so I would like to know if I have any chance to get into cup before it's full )

Hi,

I applied on 8th August 2011. I also got the file number few week before. But till date didn't get PER or NER. So I send mail to CIO few days before. Today I got message from him “Your file is still pending final review and decision by our office. You will be contacted in due course.” So what does it means. Is there PER is completed or not?

It took exactly 3 months for me to get charged.
