You sould be able to claim for both,

but out of curiosity, how can you do 2 things full time? you may have to prove that your job was 37.5 hours a week at least

I think I can do that. I worked from noon till late night. I have worked more than 40 hrs every week.

And I have 8 yrs of experience. Even without that job, I have 5.5 yrs of experience. Do you think I should attach that I worked for a min of 40 hrs during my stint in the company if I get my AOR.

it wont harm mentioning that if you can prove. Better provide the proof off-hand with full application instead of them asking for a proof at a later stage

I applied under the same Category 0213.

But by profession I am Sr. Software Test Engineer though I am performing Managerial duties.

Crossing the fingers for getting positive response.

My application was recieved by the CIO at june 8 (money order has been cashed by the CIO at july 3)
Of course still waiting ( category (3) international student in canada for over one year and (1) accountant 1111 with 6 years experience)

I have applied under 0213 on 11th of June. No response yet.

I think it will take 4-6 weeks to get the response.

I am also applying under 0213, my previous job was of Project Manager, i am applying under the same. presently i am working as IT Consultant in Singapore.

I sent on June 25th which received there on 2nd July and my DD has not been encashed yet.

Unless, you forgot to send something like the DD, they will encash it no matter the decision on the applicaiton.

so if my DD get encashed I should not assume that my application is accepted.
