The only alternative is to resend with the correct NOC if its still in the new list.

If you apply now you will fall under the new rules effective from 26th June.

It depends on CIO if they have assigned you a client ID and have notified you in the rejection letter to correct the errors and send again. Otherwise new rules will apply.

Their is nothing as pre-26 June application now.
Anything returned & if sent again will be considered as per rules in effect as on date.
