Yes it looks like they send per very fast for april applications.

I send application on Feb 2nd initially but got NER cause I gor only 65 points ,my work experience in Canada was just 11 months you get 5 points for one year work now i have finished one year work so i reapplied again. My occupation (3142 – Physiotherapist) still has some space left so i applied again on April 26 .Last few guys applied on April got PER within 12 days so hopefully I will see some movement this week.
