I did not know that before they refused my CEC application.In their refusing letter they told me my IELTS score should be 7.I would not apply for CEC if i knew that before.I spend money (they didn't give me back) and time for nothing.
I think you need to ask Mr.Qorax for this.He knows everything.He can help you

This is my wife's time line. She did her medicals + paid the landing fee December 2010. We have not heard back since. This whole process is disgusting and I am ashamed as a Canadian. We are discussing leaving the country to work in Europe due to the lack of communication throughout the whole process.

Hi,

I recieved an email from Buffalo VO on June 2nd, 2011, asking for my wife's fingerprints. She is in India.

Still in RBVO, and shows my old address. But the email which I recieved, has 2 file#'s. E0 which was issued by CIO NS, and new file# with B0 in email from Buffalo VO.

My husband and I sent our application (In land-family class) in December 2009! We are still waiting...I'm not happy about this either. My husband had to recieve another medical because the it had expired in the time it's taken. Doesn't seem fair. However, I'm just hoping this is the final stretch!
