Hi Zulkefl,
I do not think your wife's pregnancy will affect your case if you live here in Canada because your child will got a Canadian passport immediately when he born. What you need to do is just informing them that you got a new family member using their mail address (not email or cic website). Hopefully she deliver her baby safely and every thing working well with you.

Hi guys,
Some one told me because the Buffalo office requested a Canada fingerprints for me and did not requested any thing else at that moment that mean my application is complete and is going to be processed and accepted soon if there is no criminal record.
Is that true?
As it shows from my time line I am a student and have a job offer also.
Thanks,
A.Shabanah

Just wanted to share my info. Finally, after 4 months from time of medical request, my ecas changed to Medical Received. Still "In Process" but when I clicked on it, a new line shows medical received. I hope they ask for PPR soon. Good luck to all.

i dont think FSW3 files are moving.. there r a whole lot of people waiting... those two whose status changed to inprocess already have a job offer i guess, that might cause some difference. but u never know.

i will believe in ur word and hopefully they process the FSW 3 applicants faster as you said.. and am one of them...

lets just hope for the best Balu! :D

Balu is right, I dont think FSW3 category is moving fast, since i am also one of them and waiting for Medical from NewYork for almost 3 months since my doc transfered there, Hope our applications will be moved fast
