AEO Processing times:

There is no definite Timeline for processing AEO candidates unfortunately. This is because AEO applications are subjected to extra scrutiny which takes time. I do not want to scare you but there have been cases wherein the AEO needed to be renewed as it was going to expire...which means the processing was more than a yr.
You have to patiently wait for your turn.

PCC:

Yes, you might be asked for another PCC from NDVO. PCC's are generally valid for a year and the locked-in date is when they reach the VO. So, there is a probability for another PCC.
