We transferred your application to the Buffalo office on February 26, 2010. The Buffalo office may contact you.
Your application was reviewed and we started processing on August 24, 2010.
The CIC requested additional doc, I sent them in two packages one on Sep 9th and anther one on Oct 28th. Up to now, I have received Medical request. Is not is long?

Hi pariksith,
No it is not gonna be another 8 months just to start the processing of your application, they might have already started by now, or at least in the very near future. Sometimes they delay sending the AOR for unknown reasons.
By the way, is that the entire email you have received from them, didn't they mention the second part of the message which says:
"Before your application can be placed in processing, a determination will be made as to whether or not you are eligible for processing. If your application is not eligible for processing, you will receive a letter informing you of the reasons for the decision as well as a refund."
