Pro1, I am not thinking about temporary status. I have no problem leaving USA right now. I am in trouble with my exam date. I am afraid that I may not be able to complete my landing before March 26. Rest is upon the Almighty. Suppose, in case if they refuse me to land for any reason, what I will do? I cant return to USA. Where will I go? And do you suggest me to complete the landing process at the boarder or it doesn't matter if I do it at an airport? Thanks man.
If they refuse to land you at any port of entry, it does not matter whether you come back to the same port of entry or any other one. Just make sure that you have enough time to reland if such a situation happens.
As far as i remember, they refused to land a guy because he had reached the borders without his family, so the officer asked him to go back to the states, and come back again with all of his family to land. There is no such instructions say that !
Another person was denied entry because the immigration officer did not accept his proof of funds document, and when he landed again at another port of entry "the airport", the officer there said that he has no clue why the first officer prohibited him from landing and wrote some notes on the system about him.
That is why i suggest that you allow more than enough time to land before the expiry date of your PR visa, as it is going to be your last chance. There will be no "come back and land later" if "god forbidden" they deny your entry as a PR to Canada.
Sometime they really refuse the landing for illogical reasons, so play it safe, and do not take the risk.
Good luck.
