Applications between Feb 08 and Nov 08

Dear All

Has any one received any updates from the visa office regarding the application between Feb 08 and Nov 08.

As the Ecas status does not change yet, its the same "we received your application on 20th May 08".

Kindly help if any one of you has received any updates fron the visa office please update in this post.

Give total details of ur case,

R ur ocupation in lisr or with AEO and have u gone through ur medicals etc

I have apllied in aug 08 and my E-cas is just showing like urs but i have done my medicals and deposit lending fee

Hey guys, it just seems that they are hand picking from the applications sent between March and November 2008....i know it doesn't make sense but that's what i see all around me....Just be patient and you may hear soon

Hi All

Thanks for the reply (PUNJAB BOY & bg_sikkim)

My occupation is not in the list and no I do not have a AEO. If this is my case then the one like me what is their situation. r their applications rejected and will they soon get the refunds. cos they dont reply any thing and how long can we just wait. As the timeline for applications after feb'08 are not yet updated on the CIC website.

Kindly if anyone with the same situation, share your updates.

Me too applied on 15 july 2008,application sent to NS march 26,2009, still waiting for reply,MY NOC is 2281,which is included in NOC 0213 ( under classified elsewhere)
.want to know that any body whose NOC is under the sub categories of main NOC,got any reply?think that as we just sent them only an application,so they r processing those who sent full applications.its my opinion,need others comments.

NOC 2281 is not on the list, it is either the duties in 0213 or it will be rejected.

yes NOC 2281 is not in main 38 list,but if u read in deatil of NOC 0213(which is included in main 38 list)it is written that following NOC are included in NOC 0213,and NOC 2281 is included in this list of 0213.

aziz, NOC 2281 responsiilities are in no way similar to NOC 0213 except the usage of term 'computer';
infact, 0213 has reference to lot of occupations incl those of analysts, programmer, technicians et al related to computer.
Please get it out of you that 0213 is in the list implies the others are too; they are NOT.

well i applied for NOC-0122 (Banking and other investment managers) my case was also transfered to NS ....till nw i have not recived any correspondence ...my occupation is also incuded in NOC-0111 (Financial managers) classified elsewhere

For 0213 you have to Manage people not computers.
