I agree that these applicants are being treated unfairly.

Just my opinion - don't you think that even though his BF date is after 7 months, his file will be opened as soon as the Meds results are recd and another BF would apply?

That is what I wanted to say ... As soon as one's medicals are received by NDVO (along with PP & RPRF), they are supposed to settle the application (FSW - pre June) ...... instead they gave a BFD 7 months later! Moreover, it is also mentioned that the file is to be sorted before the medicals expire ....... ....rediculous!!
Seriously trying to understand the working culture of NDVO ....... mine is also pending since last 4 months ....rest everything completed ...... ??? : ???

If it your workplace Satya, try this

Go to your IE > Tools > Internet Options > Connections tab > Lan Settings > and Un check both boxes under the proxy.

It should let you after this. Please let me know.

I see what you mean Anil....its really unfair and especially when one has to re do the Medicals which is expensive.

There is a gaping disparity between what we think and how CIC functions in these matters all over the world. Wish could send a spy 8) and understand their modus operandi ;D ;D
