Oh... sorry for misunderstanding
if your e -case is received by VO you can send an enquiry to ND VO jus asking if they need any kind of documents to start your application processing.
I think it may help.

Dear engy,
According to the ecas my status shows that review completed on 22nd march.Nothing more than that.
I think it means file is not transfered to ND VO.
What you suggest?

you can send an enquiry to CIO asking about your file and if it was transefered to your VO as your e-case does not show that.

i am in process since june 22 and till now there is nothing at all, and all my friends recieved there MR except me and we are all in the same vo ( warsaw ).....
its really stressful....

Do you live in Poland? Warsaw VO sends MR by mail, so if you live in another country, it may take some time...
Anyway - don't worry. One month it's really not that long...Maybe your case is more complicated than others. I've been living in Poland since i was born, i've never lived or worked outside of Poland, i've been working in the same bank (the biggest one in Poland) since 8 years - in think that my case was just very simple

Don't worry at all. I know of many Iranians whose files have been transfered to Warsaw from Damascus. Niether of them has received their MR so far. Of course we have had a handful of visas issued for post 26 June Ianians,but all were issued by Damascus VO itself. Don't know about your friends. Has any of your friends (whose VO was initially Damascus turned to Warsaw later)received MR from Warsaw?

In general Warsaw seems to be slower and perhaps more meticulous with regard to processing. The other reason is that we are residing outside their area of performance and so they are not as familiar with our cases as the officers in Damascus. Anyway, you can see under my account that I am from the same NOC as you are with a few-day difference in timelnes.My case is in process since 15 June and I know that there are people having gone in process in Warsaw even a month earlier than me.So just try to practice more patience,all we can do for now.

Dear Prashant

You have mentioned in your older posts that you have recieved 1st AOR, so i just feel its a delay from NDVO's side and you should wait and keep an eye on your ecase..it will soon turn " RBVO" reason behind delays is inexplicable.
Your case seems to be "very much on track", but still if you are feeling restless , you can contact NDVO

Thank you.......i just noticed that they have added one more line when i click RBVO. We have send you a letter on March 7 2011 to Toronto,Ontario,canada adress. Please consider delays in mail delivery before contacting us. Please contact us if the adress is wrong. I think thats the reason my adress disappeared. I dont know some body else had the same change
