I just realized looking at the tracker , the date application received by CIO is wrong , may be I gave a wrong info, its right now 2nd Feb 2011 but it should be 10 Feb 2011..

(no spaces in the e mail address)
remember to mention your full name, date of birth , country of birth , date of application sending and the tracking number of your file shipment.

Well as I've mentioned in my previous mail that I sent the email to FSW-Sydney-Search-Enquiry @ cic.gc.ca but it takes a good 20 days and besides that i gave my passport details and didn't mention DOB.
I need the contact number of CIO to speak to a human and get my client ID - I don't have any tracking number. There was no response from the CIO since I applied in September 2010.

Please help - I have seen posts where people called the CIO. The number on the official website is not accessible. Does anyone have an alternate number?!
