My Timeline and pogress was as follows:
- 31 August 2010: Application received in CIO Canada
- 16 December 2010: Email of AOR and PER and File Number
- 9 March 2011: Mail (sent to home address) stating that File was forwarded to Cairo Visa Office
- 12 April 2011: Medical Results Request and RPRF Request
- 21 April 2011: Medical Tests Done and RPRF sent (Money Draft)
- 1 June 2011: Phone Call from Embassy, requesting Passport and also they sent an Email
- 5 June 2011: Passports delivered to Embassy
- 27 June 2011: Email of Confirmation of Visa Issuance, and that it will be sent by DHL
- 30 June 2011: Passports received

And regarding E-cas, it is not accurate at all.
I want to tell you that it remained "Received By Visa Office" "RBVO" until they requested the passports
Then in 3 days (20 June to 23 June) it changed to "In process" with Medical Results received, then "Decision Made".

So, E-cas in my case was not up to date at all.
I hope my information can be useful to you.

How do I get my client ID. The CIO contact numbers are not accessible from Dubai so is there any alternative contact

Please update my e-CAS status from RBVO to In Process,

Few minutes ago I checked my e-CAS. I found that my postal address is gone and it says that they started processing on 29th of June 2011.
I'm very hopeful now because I did not get the 2nd AOR and the e-CAS changed after more than 4 lengthy months.

And I just wanted to tell u that I RECEIVED my IELTS certificate with my papers ...
So, may be in your case they forgot to include it ... I think u can send them an email inquiring about it ...
