do u think that i should send PCC asap ? bcoz i think i should wait from the visa office to request it.
other thing usually how much time it takes to ask for meds after IN PROCESS ?

Hi All,

An advise to those who are sending the RPRF DD & the Passports to ND VO, I'm advising this as my RPRF DD was misplaced by the ND Visa officer and had to send a new one which delayed my visa process by at least two months.

RPRD DD Details: You have to get the DD in favor of " Canadian High Commission" payable at Delhi if you pay in INR, if in CAD $ the " it is " Receiver General Canada" , please check the link given in the RPRF request letter for further info about DD.

Secure the DD & the Passports
Write the file # & passport Name & # of the principal applicant behind the DD,please put the RPRF DD in a separate cover , don't staple the DD, seal the DD in the cover, write the above said details again on the DD cover, write a cover letter with all the details , staple or gum the seal envelop containing the RPRF DD to the cover letter ( make sure you don't staple the DD when you staple the sealed enveloped to the cover letter), put your passports in a transparent separate cover , seal it and paste the file # & UCI details, passport # of the principal applicant .

Put all these in a good cloth lined cover, write the content details (Passport & RPRF DD) along with the application # on the top of the cover in one line ( need a A5/A4 size cover), seal the content and send it via Blue Dart / DHL

Warsaw Vo started processing of my application on 6th April and i got MR on 29th April by mail. I did medicals on 9th May and two days ago I got a letter informing me that my Visa is ready and it will be valid till 8th May 2012. They also asked for passports and RPRF.

they didn't at all ask for PCC - i've sent PCC with all application to CIO Sydney.
RPRF - Right for Permanent Residence Fee - they asked me to pay the fees for myself and my husband

my file was recieved in jan 18
first PER was in march 16
my file was changed in the ecase to IN PROCESS in june 22
what does that mean ? how much time is expected till the meds ? and till now i didnt send my PCC and they didnt asked for it..

Vo received my Marriage documents on 21 June 11. So now i am waiting for reply from them .

I want to wish all those whose address disappears ...comes with GOOD NEWS .

But do not want to disappoint any one .I think this happens to many applicants so they might be working on their IT system.

Its hard to predict. But lets hope for better.

Hello everyone,

Just wanna let you guys know that we were right. I got a NER dated in 28 of June, 2011

Same reason here, no sufficient points. I am very very sand and depressed right now.

One question, and please answer. Can I apply for a visitor/tourist Visa to go for a short period of time. Have so many friends there... and I was plannig to be there in November since my best friend is having her first baby. I know it wont be for work, but I really need to see all of theme one more time. Hopefully I can!

Do you know which areas you fall short with the assessment? Usually, your PER mail gives a break down of the assessment. If you are looking at shortfall in say IELTS, you may want to sit another IELTS to see if you can improve on that. My guess is if you apply for a visit visa so soon after your NER, it may negatively impact on the Visa officer's opinion of your intention to enter Canada. The choice is ultimately yours, but my first choice would be to see if I can improve my score and then re-apply. Good thing is CIC have decided to maintain the same NOC list for the next year.

My address disappeared from Ecas the same day Ecas changed to RVD by VO. I have also requested an address change a couple of weeks ago, maybe that's the reason why :

Not true.
danishsoomro, the only London applicant before Wayne's recent good news is a Pakistan applicant.
Also, we have been waiting for news since early March RBVO and several Pakistan applicants have gone to IN PROCESS at London before us.
Read the tracker more carefully and don't assume.
