Please, guys, I need your help. After a ten days being RBVO, it has changed to Decision made today. Does it mean that our application is refused?!

Oops, i wish it's a bug ???.

Do you think there is something in your application that could create a problem in the documentation/background check? I mean some inconsistencies in info provided etc., For example, 'Dibs' had some data entry error in his application and that was the cause of his refusal.

If you do not hear from them in a week's time, i suggest you send a case specific inquiry and confirm the ECAS status was a bug.

Can someone from the forum tell me whether the forms has to be filled using block letters or can we do the normal way, first letter caps and the rest small letter?
My child is smiling in her photo, though her mouth is closed. I tried several times, but all the photos she keeps on smiling. can this photo be used, I have seen on the website, that photos with "non expression".

Hi Shami,
I don't think your child's smile will be a problem. Consular offices are not very strict on children's photos. I remember a friend who is in US via the DV programme had the daughter opened her mouth in the photo. His baby's photo was clearly opposite of what US authority specified. That did not disqualify them. Also, our current visa (UK) had my son not conforming to the photo requirements. Our visas (including his) were granted without problem. My regard to your sweet smiling daughter. +1 from me for your daughter's smile.
