Applications after 26/6 in any NOC CONNECT HERE TO GET THE STATUS

My opinion of CIO review being final is based on THEIR words in the PER they sent everyone:
"Based on a review of the information you have provided, your application has received a positive final determination of eligibility for processing"

You note that sentence does not have the suffix "unless we decide to change our minds again when we send it to our other office, in which case it's not final".

As I say, I think they are on potentially dodgy legal grounds, and certainly on dodgy grounds with regards procedural fairness, in saying someone passed a final eligibility review, mailing it to another office, and then saying they failed.

Are you sure mrni007 got rejected at VO stage? faraz_fahimi on page 1974 says it was all done at CIO and it was actually a NER. They share the same VO. Is there anybody else rejected at VO for a PER review?

here is the CIO email. it is definitly a NER.



"You have indicated that you have work experience in an occupation with the following NOC (National Occupational Classification) code: 3111 – Pediatrician. Although this NOC code corresponds to the occupations specified in the Instructions identified by the Minister, you have not provided sufficient evidence that you performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of the NOC, including all of the essential duties.

After taking into consideration the work experience supporting documentation on file, I am not satisfied that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement for the occupation or that you performed a substantial number of the main duties of the position as described in NOC. As such, I am not satisfied that you are a 3111 – Specialist Physician.


Since you did not provide evidence that you have an Arranged Employment Offer, you do not meet the requirements of the Ministerial Instructions and your application is not eligible for processing."

couldn't resist waiting so just called CIO call center +16139444000(then dial 1-2-1-2-0) and u know what the lady replied u have to wait as processing time is 33weeks since the time ur file has been received wow...but our recent friends have got their PER within a 6weeks time, now nothing to do just waiti and wait....till july.......

That was the standard reply given to earlier applicants who called them. Experience from this forum shows they were not correct. Did you asked for your reference number? You can check your status using the reference number (if given).
I understand your frustration when applicants after you have received their PERs.

nop i didn't ask for it, i just asked about any staus update and she said ,"just wait till u get an email". Do they give u reference no if asked?

Some people did and got a ref no. Others sent emails enquiry and got their ref no as well. You can give it a go. If the operator is friendly or understanding, s/he may give it to you. From the experiences of some forum members, reference no is assigned either when your app reaches CIO or pass completeness check.

I received my ARO ON 24th March and File No start E0000-----this number I used to see my e-status.But I was unable to log on ------------it shows that File Number should be start wit B0...........Let me Know if someone know it.WHEN I WILL GET MY 2nd AOR from London office
