I have one question : I have some updates [changes ] in my work experience [moved to a new office] and one office if my earlier employers closed the office, My spouse and son visited me [I'm working abroad not in egypt] so their travel history changed
My question is Do I have to inform CHC in Cairo Egypt now or should wait till receiving my file by VO and getting 2nd AOR??
if now how to do it??

I suggest you straight away contact your VO with all the changes in your situation, using the case specific form form the VO's website. Do not take chance.

hey there,

So, your friend has to wait a bit, until he hears from the CIO. His app reached the CIO yesterday, and it usually takes a couple of weeks to get the payment en cashed(which is the only indication that his application has passed the completeness check). CIO will not respond to any query on application status, that is not older than 6 weeks(from the date on which CIO received it). So, he will have to wait for sometime :

So it takes about 2 week to complete the review from CIO and get his credit card enchashed.Then after that he could be in the cap.

Case Specific Enquiry You may use this form if:
•You have submitted an application at a visa office abroad.
•The information you seek is not available on E-cas.
•Your application has exceeded normal processing times. We will not respond to your enquiry if the application is within normal processing times. Information on processing times.
•You wish to report important changes regarding your application, such as births, deaths, marriages, divorces, adoptions, changes in address, changes in employment, acquisition of a new educational credential, results of an approved language test.
I think based on that I should send the inquiry now but without documents only informing??

May be! We have seen applicants whose payments are en cashed as early as 1 day and as late as 4 weeks, so i cannot assure you on that.

ND VO has an option to attach files to the case specific inquiries. Please check yours and try to attach a scanned copy of the related documents
